MEET ALPHA SIGMA ALPHA

Alpha Sigma Alpha, Delta Iota Chapter, was founded at the University of Delaware in 1972. As a group of strong, independent, and remarkable individuals, we base our values on balance, generosity, growth, integrity, relationships, responsibility, and enjoyment. Our goal is to grow into the best versions of ourselves and create lifelong friendships. Represented by our vibrant colors—crimson, pearl white, palm green, and gold—we take pride in our philanthropies, including Special Olympics, Girls on the Run, and the Alpha Sigma Alpha Foundation. With support from one another, our members have endless opportunities to give back to the community through philanthropy events, build relationships, make networking connections, and grow in ways they never thought possible. In Alpha Sigma Alpha, the possibilities are endless.

oining Asa has been the best experience I have had at UD. The amazing women I have met have truly made this sisterhood so special to me. Not only have I gained best friends for life, I have gained skills and experiences that I wouldn’t have been able to without ASA. It has changed my college experience for the better and allowed me to make the most out of my time in college. I am so grateful to call Alpha Sigma Alpha my home!
