CIRCLE OF SISTERHOOD

Want to donate to our school build!?
Venmo @circleofsisterhood and put "University of Delaware School Build" in the caption! :)

The Circle of Sisterhood Foundation is a mechanism by which all sorority women can stand together across affiliation, age, color, and creed to make a difference in the lives of millions of girls and women around the world. Collectively, we are one of the largest communities of college-education women in the world while not even seven percent of the world – men and women combined – has college degrees, and two thirds of all illiterate adults are women. Standing together as one community, we will give girls and women an equal chance for rewarding lives and livelihoods through schooling, the learning of a trade, or even a college degree.

WHY SORORITY WOMEN?

The Circle of Sisterhood is a mechanism by which all sorority women can stand together across affiliation, age, color, and creed to make a difference in the lives of millions of girls and women. Collectively, we can do much more than we could as individuals or individual groups.

One person can make a small difference. But as a community of millions of educated women, our collective efforts will be transforming for generations to come. If you are a sorority women, or someone who understands your privilege as an educated person, please help us provide hope and opportunity through education today!

WORDS FROM PANHELLENIC'S VP PHILANTHROPY & SERVICE

"Circle of Sisterhood means so much to me.  As college women, we are all so privileged to have an education.  It is important to me to be able to give back to our community and get our Panhellenic Community involved in giving back as well.  We have the opportunity to give women in second-world countries access to education.  Seeing how the community comes together to support Circle of Sisterhood means so much to me because together we are able to fundraise for women in other countries so they can have access to some of the same privileges we have as college women.  It is important to me to be able to give back to those in need and to be able to make a positive impact on others."
