Sisterhood: The bond of the Alpha Sigma Alpha sisterhood is a light that burns passionately in each sister. They embrace a unique relationship based on friendship, respect, and a shared vision. Wherever they go, and no matter how long ago they were initiated, each sister is connected and important to the sorority. Our sisterhood is one of a kind. Whether its zoom workout classes, picnics on the green , finals week study sessions, or photoshoots outside of Memorial Hall, there is always something to do with the amazing sisters of ASA!

Words from the Chapter President  "I never thought that joining a sorority would change my life as much as this chapter has. I feel so beyond grateful to be surrounded by such strong and kind women who are constantly supporting each other. ASA has completely transformed my college experience and has given me some of my best friends and favorite people in the world. Whenever I see my sisters my day is instantly brightened and I am usually laughing uncontrollably within the first two minutes.  There is something so unique about ASA that I was able to notice immediately. Everyone is so fun and light hearted and you can tell the love is genuinely there for one another. I have never felt anything but accepted for being my true self and was welcomed with open arms immediately. I will forever be so grateful that I am a member of such an amazing chapter of women who just want the best for one another. I couldn’t imagine how my life would be if all these wonderful women had not come into it and showed me what it means to be a part of this sisterhood."

HEAR IT FROM THE SISTERS:
"The sisters of Alpha Sigma Alpha hold many events to raise money for our Philanthropies - Special Olympics, Girls on the Run, and the ASA Foundation. The ASA sisters participate in the Ride to the Tide which inspires motorcyclists and their passengers from around the region to come together and support our Special Olympics athletes while doing something they love to do – ride their bikes. These women also hosted an event where they transformed the Lambda chapter house into a spooky haunted house for students to enjoy and most importantly, raised money for UDance. The ASA sisters also held a carnival in the fall where students got the opportunity to play games, use an inflatable slide and raise money for Girls on the Run."
